2024 Annual Meeting Minutes

The minutes from our 2024 Association Annual Meeting, held Aug. 24 are attached.

There is a correction to one item discussed at the meeting. At some point, I received information about the amount of our HC-COLA dues that turned out to be inaccurate. The dues to HC-COLA are $4 per active association member/residence. This year we paid HC-COLA dues of $216 - reflecting the 54 active association members. 

Also, a reminder to let me know by tomorrow (Tuesday, Sept. 17) if you plan to attend the meeting with Fisheries representative Calub Shavlik. That meeting is at 1 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 20 at Clancy's.

Finally, I am working to nail down a location for our October social gathering. I've got messages into a couple of restaurants to confirm their "winter" hours. It's crazy saying that when the temperature today was more like mid-July than mid-September. I am currently looking at Oct. 8 or 9. I'll send an update and create a Facebook event once all of the details are confirmed.
